Before ordering please read this page carefully.

It is very important to me that you are satisfied with your Khadil order. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at hilary[at]khadil.com


Upon purchase you are agreeing to the following policies:

Shipping: Items are shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand, depending on your country it can take up to 6 weeks (But it generally takes 6-10 working days). If you would like Express Shipping please contact me first and I will let you know the cost.

Christmas Shipping: All orders for Christmas will be shipped according to the New Zealand Postal Service's recommended closing dates for "guaranteed" delivery before Christmas Day. However, this does not ensure you will definitely receive your order before Christmas, and cannot take responsibility for late arrivals, but will do my best to get them out before the postal cut-off date.

There is no tracking number provided, but if you would like a tracked parcel please contact me for the price.

If an order to returned because it was unable to be delivered to the provided address, the client must pay the shipping to send the order again.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-4 working days.

Depending on your country of residence additional import taxes or fees may apply. I cannot be held responsible for any fees separate from your purchase.


Refunds & Returns

All sales are final, I do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.

I cannot be held responsible for lost packages, but please contact me to work something out. It has never happened though.

If you want to cancel a Custom Doll order you must do so within 24 hours of ordering, I will refund your purchase.


Doll Care

Doll is not machine or hand washable. Spot clean with a soft cloth.

Doll is not intended for heavy use, gentle play only and display is recommended.

All Khadil Dolls are not suitable for children under 3 years.
